Free Shipping:

Store Policy: Scope Warranty and Returns
Warranty Coverage
Scopes Warranty:
1. 5-Year Warranty:** Some scopes sold by our store come with a 5-year warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance.
2. Lifetime Warranty:** Selected scopes come with a lifetime warranty, providing coverage for the entire lifespan of the product under normal use and maintenance.
Warranty Claims
Eligibility:
- The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required for all warranty claims.
What is Covered:
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
- Issues arising under normal use conditions, following the manufacturer's guidelines.
What is Not Covered:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications.
- Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to cosmetic damage, scratches, and dings.
- Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or alterations.
Return Policy for Warranty Claims Customer Responsibility:
- Clients are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to our store for inspection.
- All returns must be securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping. We recommend using the original packaging, if available.
- Customers must include a completed return form, which can be obtained from our website or customer service.
Inspection and Processing:
- Upon receiving the returned scope, our team will inspect it to determine the validity of the warranty claim.
- If the warranty claim is approved, we will repair or replace the scope at no additional cost to the customer and cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement scope back to the customer.
- If the warranty claim is denied, the customer will be notified, and the scope will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Non-Warranty Returns:
- For non-warranty returns, customers must cover all shipping costs. Refunds or exchanges will be subject to our standard return policy, which can be found on our website.
